2. Payment Terms

All payments for our services are due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

2.1 Pricing

Our pricing is based on the size of the garden, the complexity of the tasks, and the frequency of maintenance required. Detailed quotes are provided prior to the commencement of any work. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

2.2 Invoices

Invoices will be issued upon completion of services. Payment is expected within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in our late payment policy.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any fees. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3.1 Refunds

Refunds for services not rendered will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation. Refunds are only applicable under the conditions stated in these terms and must be requested in writing.

4. Liability

Garden Maintenance Honor Oak strives to perform all services with the highest level of care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

Damage to property caused by unforeseen circumstances.
Loss of plants or garden features not communicated prior to service.
Injuries resulting from natural causes during service times.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth delivery of our services, clients are expected to:

Provide clear access to the garden area.
Inform us of any specific requirements or restrictions related to the garden.
Ensure that all pets are secured and do not interfere with the service.
Maintain reasonable communication regarding scheduling and service expectations.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services already rendered must be settled within 14 days.

6.1 Immediate Termination

Garden Maintenance Honor Oak reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:

Clients violate any of these terms and conditions.
Unsafe working conditions are present.
Non-payment occurs after multiple reminders.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Garden Maintenance Honor Oak operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this area.

8. Amendments
